Farm Fresh

Our eggs from happy hens, delicious farmhouse bread, fresh hay milk, yoghurt and many other high-quality foods are served farm fresh to you. Every culinary delight is richly imbued with local flavour, tradition and creativity. For the perfect start to a holiday morning, we have put together a breakfast box with bread, fresh hay milk, tea, coffee or cocoa, butter, two kinds of jams, Nutella, eggs, yoghurt, muesli, orange juice and your choice of speck, cheese, sausage or fruit.

In the spring, we ceremonially herd some of our animals to the farm's own Alpine pasture, where they enjoy the delicious Alpine herbs for about 120 days in the year. The flavour of these herbs is also in the superb milk that we process into Tyrolean grey cheese and butter when time permits. When the winter spreads its snow-white coat across the valley, the Alpine hut, which is about four kilometres away from the farm, can be used by our house guests as a place to rest.

Charming Accommodation

The Huberhof in Mühlbach (Riomolino) above Gais has four holiday apartments of about 55 to 70 m² for 2 to 6 people each and is open all year. Every apartment has a balcony or terrace, a kitchen and living area, free Wi-Fi, satellite TV and its own garage parking space.
